Working as an experienced Recruitment Consultant you will create meaningful relationships with customers and partner with them for their recruitment solutions. This may involve coffee with a client one day and then talking hiring strategies with national clients in a boardroom the next. You will have the full autonomy for managing the recruitment process which will involve;
- Building a diverse client network through business development and industry networking events
- Creating and managing sourcing strategies within your specialised sector
- Working with your counterparts and with other teams in your office and across your sector
- Live our Hays valued behaviours where collaboration and inclusivity are at the heart of our approach
Ngā uara me ngā pūkenga e angitu ai koe | What you'll need to succeedWe are open to experience level, whether you have 2 years or 10 years’ experience the right person will be confident operating in a 360-recruitment role, and be motivated to be in a collaborative team environment. Either way, we know you are:
- Committed and confident in building partnerships with customers through business development
- Driven towards achieving results to progress your career
- Ambitious to be bold and curious to achieve improved solutions for clients, candidates and colleagues
- Solution focused, respectful and always looking to do the right thing for those your encounter
- Proven experience working with targets / KPIs / sales budgets
