As an Associate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be the driving force behind connecting top talent with leading businesses in the Senior Accounting & Finance space. Working in a team, you’ll thrive in an environment that collaborative and motivating. You will be:

• Making strategic sales calls to build and grow client relationships 
• Interviewing and assessing candidates to find the right fit 
• Partnering with high-calibre clients and gaining deep market insight 
• Networking and building your brand at industry events 
• Managing the full recruitment process from start to finish
