Tō tūranga hou | Your new role
Working as an experienced Consultant you will create meaningful relationships with customers and partner with them for their recruitment solutions while collaborating with the wider team. You will be a hands-on recruiter and will have the autonomy to manage the full recruitment process which will involve;  

• Building a diverse client network through business development and industry networking events
• Creating and managing sourcing strategies within your specialised sector
• Working together with your counterparts and with other teams in your office and across New Zealand
• Live our Hays values where collaboration and inclusivity are at the heart of our approach.

Ngā uara me ngā pūkenga e angitu ai koe | What you'll need to succeed
The right person for this role will already have had a successful career in agency recruitment and ideally have experience recruiting within the construction sector: Along with this you will have;  

• 3+ years within agency recruitment in a 360 based role
• Experience with developing and growing client relationships
• Committed and confident in building partnerships internal and external stakeholders
• Solution focused, respectful and always looking to do the right thing for those you encounter
