As a Resourcer with us, you will work with a team of Recruitment Consultants finding recruitment solutions for our clients and candidates. Focusing on engaging candidates you will partner with them to create an impact on their career and match them with their next employer. We will provide you with more than just a job, we will offer you training and a career where you can expect:

• Work with diverse, high calibre customers, accelerating your understanding of the world of work
• Identifying and building partnerships within your industry
• Providing outstanding service delivery to your portfolio and with all those you encounter
• Focus on candidate engagement including advertising, pre-screening, interviewing through to short listing and referencing
