Tō tūranga hou | Your new role
Working as an experienced Consultant you will create meaningful relationships with customers and partner with them for their recruitment solutions. This may involve being on site one day for meetings and then talking hiring strategies with national clients in a boardroom the next. You will have the full autonomy for managing the full recruitment process which will involve;

• Building a diverse client network through business development and industry networking events
• Creating and managing sourcing strategies within your specialised sector
• Working together with your counterparts and with other teams in your office and across New Zealand
• Live our Hays values where collaboration and inclusivity are at the heart of our approach.

Ngā uara me ngā pūkenga e angitu ai koe | What you'll need to succeed
The right person for this role will have 3+ years’ experience in a 360 recruitment role preferably in the construction industry. Either way, we know you are:

• Highly motivated and someone who thrives in a team environment
• Committed and confident in building partnerships with customers through business development
• Driven towards achieving results to progress your career
• Ambitious to think beyond to achieve improved solutions for clients, candidates and colleagues
• Solution focused, respectful and always looking to do the right thing for those your encounter
• Proven experience working with targets / KPIs / sales budgets
