Tō tūranga hou | Your new role
Working as a Recruitment Consultant you will create meaningful relationships with customers and partner with them for their recruitment solutions. This may involve being in a board room pitching to large corporate organisations one day and then talking hiring strategies at the local coffee shop with a new start up the next. You will have the autonomy for managing the full recruitment process which will involve;  

• Building a diverse client network through business development and networking events
• Creating and managing sourcing strategies within your specialised sector
• Working together with your counterparts and with other teams in your office and across New Zealand
• Live our Hays values where collaboration and inclusivity are at the heart of our approach.

Ngā uara me ngā pūkenga e angitu ai koe | What you'll need to succeed
The right person for this role will already have had a successful career in agency recruitment and ideally have experience within the professional services industry. Along with this you will have;  

• 2+ years within agency recruitment operating in a full 360 role
• Experience with developing and growing client relationships and proven experience with business development
• Committed and confident in building partnerships internal and external stakeholders
• Solution focused, respectful and always looking to do the right thing for those you encounter
