Tō tūranga hou | Your new role
Working as a Recruitment Consultant you will create meaningful relationships with clients and partner with them for their technology recruitment solutions. This may involve being in a board room pitching to large corporate organisations one day and then talking hiring strategies at the local coffee shop with a new start up the next. You will have the autonomy for the full recruitment process which will involve;  

• Building a diverse client network through business development and industry events
• Creating and managing sourcing strategies within your specialised technology sector
• Collaborating with your counterparts and with other teams in your office and across New Zealand technology

Ngā uara me ngā pūkenga e angitu ai koe | What you'll need to succeed
The right person for this role will already have had a successful career in agency recruitment and have experience within the technology industry. Ideally you will have;  

• 2+ years within recruitment, preference within a 360 agency environment
• Experience with developing and growing client relationships
• Committed and confident in building partnerships internal and external stakeholders
• Solution focussed, respectful and always looking to do the right thing for those your encounter
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
