As an experienced AOG recruiter you will be focused on building partnership with a wide variety of organisation across the New Zealand public sector.

• Creating and elevating relationships with key stakeholders through business development within the public sector to understand their recruitment needs
• Partner with local teams to develop and execute effective recruitment solutions

• Share regular market insights and trends through analyzing data and case studies
• Collaborating with our leadership and with other teams across the New Zealand business

We hire based on potential and our people are diverse with many different backgrounds. You will have 5+ years’ experience within recruitment and be confident in developing long lasting relationships within the Public Sector.

• Highly motivated and someone who thrives in a collaborative environment
• Committed and confident in building partnerships with customers through business development & networking
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to build genuine connections
• Ambitious to think beyond to achieve improved outcomes for clients, candidates, and colleagues
