As a Recruitment Consultant with us, you will find recruitment solutions for your customers and match candidates with their perfect employer.  Working in a team, you’ll thrive in an environment that is inclusive, collaborative and motivating. • Creating new relationships through business development and networking within your market
• Develop and execute effective candidate attraction strategies
• Handle the full recruitment process from actively sourcing candidates, carrying out interview through to short-listing and onboarding
• Collaborating with your counterparts and with other teams in your office and across New Zealand business

We hire based on potential and our people are diverse with many different backgrounds. Ideally the right person for this role will have 2+ years’ experience within agency recruitment and preferably in the construction industry. Either way, we you know you are:

• Committed and confident in building partnerships with customers through business development

• Ambitious to think beyond to achieve improved solutions for clients, candidates and colleagues
