Tō tūranga hou | Your new role
  
You will be building partnerships with clients and candidates in the Wellington market and have the autonomy to run a 360 desk where you can demonstrate your exceptional recruitment skills.  Leading from the front as a fee producing Manager you will be managing direct reports and be focused on growing a collaborative high performing team. This will involve;
  

• Developing new clients, providing market insights & expanding your network at local industry events.
• Working together with other teams across our New Zealand business to delivering cross selling opportunities
• Carrying out regular coaching and reviews with energy and enthusiasm to continue to grow our inclusive culture.
• Develop the careers of this multi-cultural, promising, and hardworking group of individuals.
• Work closely with our leadership team to play a strategic part in the advancement of this growing business
• Display the leadership & value behaviours we all commit to at Hays

  
  
Ngā uara me ngā pūkenga e angitu ai koe | What you'll need to succeed
The right person for this role will already have a successful career in recruitment and have experience within a direct people management capacity. Ideally you will have; 
  

• 5+ years in an agency recruitment, preference for a background within a professional services or AOG industry, however we are open to a range of backgrounds
• Confident in your skills to lead from the front with a strong track record of performance in end-to-end recruitment
• Experience with coaching, and managing a team of direct reports where you are confident in supporting people to achieve their potential
• Committed to build partnerships with internal & external stakeholders living our Hays values where collaboration and inclusivity are at the centre of everything we do
• Solution focused, respectful and always looking to do the right thing for those your encounter
