About the role
In this role, you'll support the smooth operation of the P&C function by coordinating key P&C activities, managing our systems, preparing reports, and assisting in delivering initiatives that contribute to our vibrant, positive workplace culture!
Your professionalism, strong organisational skills, keen eye for improvements and proactive mindset will be essential in streamlining processes, optimising efficiency, and supporting the overall success of the team.
What you’ll be doing:
- Management of our P&C systems
- Coordination and management of P&C projects
- Data analysis and reporting, highlighting any insights
- Maintain relevant training calendars and P&C meetings
- Manage and support shared HR & L&D email inboxes
- Coordinate and distribute engaging P&C communications
- Create stakeholder surveys, and tools to support key initiatives and gather valuable feedback
- Correspond with customers and stakeholders
- Maintain records and electronic filing system
- Collaborate with other functional teams on programs and initiatives
- Foster strong, cooperative relationships with managers and employees helping to create a productive, positive work environment.
About you - Relevant work experience preferably in HR and/or L&D
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
- LMS and HRIS experience is highly desirable
- Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship management skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Experience handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Adept at prioritising tasks effectively to ensure seamless business operations
- Strong listening skills, with the ability to clarify and probe for understanding
- Strong organisational, planning and time-management skills
- Commitment to continuous improvement
