About the role
This is a 12-month fixed term contract
The Engagement and Strategic and International Delivery Coordinator supports the Strategic, International and PMO delivery teams through the dedicated provision of a range of administrative and operational support including co-ordination of team meetings and action tracking, scheduling external forums and events, ad-hoc support for project, initiatives, project management office (PMO) and operational reporting. The individual has a can-do attitude, attention to detail and is not afraid to take ownership or work autonomously. It is important to have a friendly, customer service focused demeanor and genuine desire to be a valued member of a dedicated, hardworking, and close-knit team.
What you'll do
- Ad-hoc support for operational activities including but not limited to project reporting, forums / events, and strategic/international delivery activities
- Secretariat support for committees and working groups
- Administrative support for the PMO internal project portfolio
- Preparing meeting agendas, minute taking and ensure meeting actions
- Pre-planning and set up forums, meetings and events in collaboration
- Scheduling and document management support
- Maintaining a calendar of team member travel and events
- Collate information for reports and other correspondence
- Ensure information needed for meetings prepared well in advance
- Organising and providing support for team activities and events
- Prepare presentations/papers and provide graphics support including development of collateral and team updates
- Other administration/project management duties and assisting the team as requested by the Head of Commercial Excellence
About you
- A keen interest in the standards development lifecycle
- TAFE Diploma/ Certificate, relevant university degree or equivalent in an Administration related discipline or at least 3 - 5 years in an administrative role or similar
- Ability to use initiative, adaptability, flexibility and be able to work collaboratively is essential
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience preparing collating information, preparing correspondence and reports and taking minutes
- Experience formatting business documents and presentations
- Know-how or ability to learn Monday.com advantageous
