About the role
In this role you will provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support across both Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development functions, within the Talent and Development team. You will enable the effective delivery of learning & development and recruitment initiatives.
What you’ll do
- Provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support across learning & development and talent acquisition initiatives and activities. e.g. recruitment, leadership development, capability development, learning, onboarding, graduate program, etc.
- Coordinate activities and manage administration and logistics for recruitment, workshops, training sessions, leadership programs, and learning and development programs
- Develop and maintain learning calendars, participant lists, invitations, communications, materials and other program documentation
- Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team e.g. job advertisements, interview scheduling, recruitment documentation, onboarding coordination, etc.
- Contribute insights and recommendations to support effective outcomes and continuous improvement.
- Assist in managing the Learning Management System (LMS), including setting up learning activities, updating content, enrolling participants, tracking completion and assisting users
- Support the administration and management of the talent acquisition systems
- Manage the Learning & Development team email inbox
- Monitor compliance training and generate reports on completion rates and learning activity
- Update and maintain digital learning materials and resources to ensure content remains current, accurate and accessible
- Compile routine reports and information relating to learning, compliance training and recruitment activities.
- Handle confidential employee and candidate information with discretion
About you - Experience in coordination, administration, talent acquisition, learning and development, or a related field.,
- Tech-savvy, adaptable and flexible, with the ability to learn
- Ability to manage multiple simultaneous diverse projects and initiatives
- Strong detail orientation, with a continuous improvement mindset
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Exposure to a variety of HR, learning management, talent acquisition or collaboration & information systems is highly advantageous
