About our Graduate Program
Our Graduate Program provides hands-on experience through rotations across our core business functions.
You’ll start in our Development & Growth department, with a focus in either our Commercial team or our Strategic Initiatives and International team. You’ll then rotate through core business departments over the course of a 12 month rotation. Along the way, you’ll discover your strengths, broaden your skill set, and gain valuable insight into how standards contribute to keeping every Australian safe. At the end of the program, you’ll return to the Development & Growth department in a permanent role!
What you’ll do
- Support delivery of strategic and international projects aligned with national goals
- Assist in identifying and validating new commercial opportunities
- Contribute to the development of new services and offerings
- Build an understanding of the commercial operations of the company across both the direct commercial and growth and development teams
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement across industry, government, and international bodies
- Shadow Strategic Managers to understand market research and support further insights
- Provide general project support
We are seeking individuals who - Are in their final year of study or have completed a degree within the past three years
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and thrive in team environments
- Are passionate about innovation and collaboration
- Exhibit curiosity, adaptability, and initiative, with a positive, collaborative mindset
