About the role
This is a pivotal, hands-on role that will bring Standards Australia’s marketing initiatives to life. Supporting the planning, delivery and continuous improvement of campaigns, this role promotes our offerings, partnerships and engagement with key stakeholders.
Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and the broader Brand, Communications, and Marketing team, across campaign execution, content coordination, partner activity and performance reporting, spanning both digital and traditional channels.
This is a 6 month fixed-term contract that will be paid as a pro-rata salary.
What you’ll do
- Support the rollout of marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to support coordinated campaign delivery and shared outcomes.
- Build and send EDMs using marketing automation tools
- Work closely with Sales and Commercial teams to leverage opportunities
- Upload and manage content in CMS platforms, including web updates, landing pages, and blog posts
- Draft and edit marketing copy for web, email, social media, and promotional materials
- Track and report on campaign performance using tools such as GA4, Google Ads, and social media platforms
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders
- Support ongoing optimisation of campaigns and partner performance through data-driven insights
About you - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related discipline
- 2–4 years’ experience in a marketing support or specialist role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail
- Working knowledge of EDM platforms, CMS tools, and social media channels
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and basic SEO/SEM principles
- Demonstrated ability to manage internal and external stakeholders, balancing priorities and maintaining strong collaborative relationships.
- Experience coordinating marketing activity with partners and collaborating across cross‑functional teams to deliver shared outcomes.
