About the role
You will play a crucial role in providing operational support and guidance to hiring managers on a range of recruitment matters, including attraction strategies, sourcing candidates, and providing market insights.
What you’ll do
- Partner with hiring managers to understand and identify their recruitment needs
- Manage the full 360-degree recruitment process (including phone screening, arranging and attending interviews, facilitating testing, reference checking, etc.)
- Provide consultation and education on the hiring process and the external employment market to hiring managers
- Manage the recruitment database (JobAdder) to ensure SA remains compliant in the use of candidate information and all recruitment activity is accurately documented in real-time
- Source candidates through job boards and headhunting (LinkedIn Recruiter)
- Lead and manage employer branding initiatives
- Assist with Graduate Program recruitment - information days, assessment centres, etc.
- Report on quarterly recruitment activities
- Lead and participate in recruitment projects and broader People & Culture projects
About you - Relevant tertiary qualification
- Proven experience as a Talent Partner/Recruiter (ideally with a combination of agency and internal recruitment experience)
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) - ideally JobAdder
- Proven experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek, job boards, etc.
- Ability to generate and interpret recruitment metrics and reports to measure hiring effectiveness
- Experienced with Microsoft (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Strong attention to detail
