About the role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Support Officer to join our team and play a key role in the successful delivery of a key business project. In this hands-on role, you will coordinate project activities, manage critical processes like invoicing and performance tracking, and help ensure the project delivers exceptional customer experience, quality outputs, and financial outcomes. This role is a salaried, full-time, 12 month fixed-term contract.
You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners, contributing to continuous improvement and ensuring the project meets its key performance indicators (KPIs). This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic, purpose-driven environment where your work makes a tangible impact.
What you’ll do
- Track and report on key performance indicators across customer experience, marketing, finance, and training platform metrics
- Analyse data trends and provide actionable insights on user behaviour, content effectiveness, and platform usage
- Support the development and maintenance of dashboards and prepare reports for project governance
- Manage platform updates, including content uploads and pricing changes
- Maintain effective relationships with external suppliers and marketing vendors
- Act as a key point of coordination between internal teams including marketing, finance, support, and learning
- Oversee invoicing processes and revenue reconciliation in collaboration with the Finance team
- Provide day-to-day project coordination and administrative support to ensure smooth project delivery
- Support continuous improvement efforts and take on additional tasks as directed by the Senior Manager, Strategic Initiatives
- Work closely with and report day-to-day to the Project Lead on key deliverables
About you - Undergraduate degree in Business/Commerce, Education, Project Management, or related field
- At least two (2) years’ experience in a project support or project coordination role
- Strong attention to detail, manage various prioritise and deliver at pace.
- Experience in managing partnerships, advantageous
