About our Graduate Program
Our Graduate Program provides hands-on experience through rotations across our core business functions. You’ll start in our Engagement, Standards and International Relations team, then rotate through key departments (Finance, the Project Management Office, and Growth & Development), before returning with fresh perspectives to the Engagement, Standards and International Relations team and launching your career. Along the way, you’ll discover your strengths, broaden your skill set, and gain valuable insight into how standards contribute to keeping every Australian safe.
What you’ll do
- Support standards projects and coordinating committees
- Get hands-on with proposals, international standards, and building consensus
- Work closely with stakeholders to keep projects on track and delivered on time
- Help build connections with government, industry, and international partners
- Develop and prepare materials that shape discussions at meetings and forums
- Contribute to strategic engagement and support international standards policy
We are seeking individuals who - Are in their final year of study or have completed a degree within the past three years
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and thrive in team environments
- Are passionate about innovation and collaboration
- Exhibit curiosity, adaptability, and initiative, with a positive, collaborative mindset
