About the role
The Senior Commercial Analyst will be responsible for delivering high impact commercial analysis and insights that will inform decision making across the organisation. Assist in driving financial sustainability across new diverse revenue streams, improve commercial outcomes and support long term strategic planning.
What you’ll do
- Support development of complex pricing models and commercial analyses for new and existing products and customer solutions
- Lead development of commercial models for new revenue initiatives and perform commercial analysis for existing products and customer solutions
- Conduct scenario modelling and sensitivity analysis to support investment decisions and product development.
- Analyse trends in the market and customers, and demonstrate their impact
- Prepare and present reports to support key decisions presented at an executive pricing committee
- Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual forecast
- Design, create and prepare a suite of reports to support the different business requirements providing analytics, insights and recommendations to optimise business decisions
- Work collaboratively with, and receive direction from the Commercial Partnerships and Store teams to achieve business objectives
- Strict adherence to our Data Sharing protocol and suggest areas for improvement
About you - A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- University degree, or other relevant qualification, in a field such as business, commerce, accounting or data analysis
- Tertiary qualification in Commerce or Finance or business-related field
- Proven experience in commercial environments and a deep understanding of commercial drivers
- Prior experience in a commercial analyst role
- Ability to communicate and work effectively with team members at all levels
