Our client is a well-established fencing contracting business in Forbes, NSW, also undertaking stock work, yard building and drone spraying. This Rural Fencer role reports directly to the business owner and works closely with a small, supportive team. The position can accommodate either a casual employee or a subcontractor. Current work is within 30 minutes of Forbes, with some future projects further out. You'll be hands-on across fencing projects with exposure to stock work, sheep work, yard building and drone spraying as the workflow evolves. Own ute and tools are a bonus, but not essential.
 
Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Rural fencing construction, repairs and maintenance.
• Assisting with general rural work including stock work, yards & seasonal tasks.
• Working safely, efficiently and as a strong team contributor.

Selection Criteria:

• Some experience in rural fencing.
• Background in rural/stock work and welding (ideal but not essential).
• A positive attitude, solid work ethic, licence and own transport to get to site.

• Great hourly rate - to be discussed upon application & negotiable based on skills.
• Ongoing work with variety (fencing, stock work, drone spraying, yards).
