Our client is a family-owned and operated cattle company with several stations across the Clermont and Belyando region of Central Queensland. Known for their strong reputation and well-managed operations, they offer a supportive team environment and the opportunity to build a long-term career in one of Queensland's most productive beef regions.
The successful candidate/s will report to the Station Manager and work alongside an experienced station team. This role is suited to a Station Couple or two capable single Station Hands who enjoy practical outdoor work and want to contribute to a professional cattle operation. An immediate start may be available once current wet conditions allow.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
Assist with mustering, yard work, cattle handling and animal welfare.
Perform day-to-day cattle work using horses and 2-wheel motorbikes.
Support station maintenance including fencing, water runs and property upkeep.
Maintain a safe, clean and organised work and living environment while supporting the station team.
Selection Criteria:
Previous cattle station experience or strong agricultural background.
Reliable, self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
Team-focused with a commitment to safety and animal welfare.
