Our client is a privately owned cattle breeder and cropping enterprise in the Daly River region of the Northern Territory. The property is well established, well run, and valued for its strong operational standards and supportive, hands-on leadership. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a station couple looking to establish themselves in the cattle industry. The Station Hand positions report to the onsite Senior Station Hand and the offsite, but locally based, Owners. An immediate start is preferred, but flexibility will be considered for the right couple.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
Mustering, yard work, stock handling and travel to neighbouring company properties as required.
Property maintenance including fencing, bores, pumps, irrigation pivots, and general station infrastructure.
Record keeping, communication updates and maintaining station supplies.
Garden and lawn upkeep.
Selection Criteria:
Ability to take direction and work cohesively with the Senior Station Hand.
Practical skills – maintenance or mechanical experience highly advantageous.
Reliable, clean and tidy work habits with strong communication skills.
Genuine interest in developing a long-term career in the beef industry; ideal for a younger couple wanting to gain experience and put down roots.

3-bedroom cottage with established gardens and internet access.
Horses and dogs negotiable.
Salary and package negotiable based on skills and experience.
Permanent full-time role + casual partner role.
