Our client is a leading Financial Services organisation requiring an experienced Senior Business Analyst for an initial 6 month contract (with potential extension). The successful candidate must have a strong background of work with Credit Collections from both a functional and governance perspective.

This is an exciting role where you will have the opportunity to have significant influence through your experience and knowledge within Banking and Financial Services lending.

Key Requirements:

• MUST have a Minimum of 3 years in a Senior Business Analyst role with a background in the Banking & Financial Services domain.
• Experience and knowledge of Credit Collections functionality and Governance is mandatory.
• Exceptional Core Business Analysis skills including Project Scoping, Requirement Elicitation and Documentation of Requirements.
• Highly experienced in facilitating Requirement Workshops as well as Stakeholder Interviews.
• Experienced in working with other business stakeholders to extrapolate and document Requirements.
• Highly experienced working within an AGILE environment.
• Excellent Planning and Organizational skills.
• Highly motivated and able to take initiative and be proactive.
• MUST have Highly developed Communication and Stakeholder Engagement skills.
• Must be Melbourne based and able to attend the CBD office in a Hybrid Working arrangement.
