The business is currently in the process of migrating a legacy cards platform to a contemporary solution. As a result an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Delivery Manager who has a strong background in driving projects to completion through strong planning, collaboration and governance.

This is a role that encompasses both Business and Technology and the successful candidate must have a background that demonstrates responsibility across both domains.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 Years Delivery Manager or Project Management experience.
• MUST have a strong and demonstrable background in delivering both Business and Technology change.
• MUST have a depth of recent experience working with the Banking & Financial Services domain.
• Prior experience working on Cards & Payments technology would be an advantage.
• Prior experience working across Technology Migration projects would be an advantage
• Exceptional Organisation and Planning skills that enable you to concisely define Key Deliverables, Risks and Dependencies.
• Must have a highly collaborative approach with the ability to engage with Key Stakeholders and team members.
• Must have strong leadership experience with prior responsibilities in leading teams to deliver challenging and complex projects.
• Highly competent in Project Planning, Budgeting, Risk and Issue Management and reporting on Project Progress.
• Experience in managing Teams and Vendors.
• Strong background working within an AGILE framework.
• Must have Exceptional Planning and Organisational skills.
• Must have highly developed Communication and Stakeholder Engagement skills.
