Our client is a leader in the International Funds Transfer industry and provides a service that has a global reach, and is highly regarded by their customers for the exceptional convenience and efficiency they provide.

The organisation operates within a highly regulated industry and places utmost importance on compliance and governance to required Reporting, including AUSTRAC and other agencies.

As a result the Organisation is looking to engage a Senior Project Manager to join the team for an initial 6mth engagement, to contribute to a stronger Data Governance Strategy and pull together a number of Data and Reporting initiaitves into a Program of Work for approval and then subsequent delivery.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years in a Senior Project Management position with a strong background in Finance, particularly with International Money Transfer exposure.
• Extensive experience in Managing Projects relating to Data Governance Strategy and Regulatory Reporting.
• Experience delivering IFTI (International Funds Transfer) Reporting requirements, or other initiatives impacting AUSTRAC reporting.
• Prior experience working with International Funds Transfer and Exchange would be a bonus.
• Must have exceptional Core Project Management skills, including Scope Identification, Business Case Preparation, Project Planning, Risk, Issue and Budget Tracking.
• Highly developed Stakeholder Engagement skills, with the ability to present project related information to Senior Management and talk through concepts and findings with ease.
• Highly organised with exceptional planning skills.
• Must be highly proactive, self-motivated and have the experience and confidence to take the initiative and drive the required outcomes.

This is a Sydney CBD based role (Hybrid) however we would consider a Melbourne based candidate if considered exceptional.
