Our client is an established and prominent brand in the Financial Services space who are at the cutting edge of the industry. They have a continued focus on transformation that will enable them to service their customers more effectively, efficiently and provide greater user experience.

As a result of the Transformation focus their is a requirement for an experienced Business Analyst to join the team on an initial 3mth contract (with potential to extend), to focus on projects relating to Fraud Operations, including Fraud Detection and Prevention initiatives.

Key Requirements:

• Min 3 years experience in a Business/Process Analyst or Operations Analyst capacity with a focus on Fraud Operations, particularly Fraud Detection and Prevention processes and technology projects..
• Strong Core Business Analysis skills such as Requirement Elicitation, Workshop Facilitation and Stakeholder Engagement skills.
• Prior experience working on 'KYC' and 'AML' initiatives.
• A strong 'Process' background, familiar with process improvement methodologies and tools. 
• Experienced with working with Excel and analysing data.
• Strong skills with Process Analysis Tools including BPMN.
• Strong background working across Operations, Risk & Compliance areas within a Financial Services business.
• Must have exceptional Documentation skills, with the ability to develop Process Diagrams, Business Requirements Documents and other Project documents relevant to the tasks in which you will be assigned.
• Must have strong skills in the use of 'Miro, Visio and Powerpoint'.
• Excellent organisational and planning skills along with a 'can do' approach and lots of initiative.
• Must be team focussed yet able to work independently in order to deliver responsibilities as required.
• MUST have Exceptional Communication and Stakeholder Engagement skills.

This is a Sydney CBD role and you must be available to attend the office on a hybrid working basis.
