Our client is a leader in it's field of Retirement Living Communities across Australia, and are undertaking a project to introduce a Home Care service that enhances it's ability to support its valued clients.

As a result there is a requirement for an experienced Operations Leader with a Clinical background, who has a deep understanding of the Retirement Living or Aged Care industry, to join the project and support the Program Director in delivering on the new service.

This is an initial 6mth contract with potential extension and possible permanent opportunity in a senior role. It is Sydney CBD based with a Hybrid working arrangement involving working in the office as well as from home.
  
Key Requirements

• 3+ Years experience in a Operations Leader capacity within the Retirement Living or Aged Care industry..
• Any experience with 'Home Care' services will be an advantage.
• Strong experience in developing Operational Processes for the support of services provided.
• Strong Operational knowledge of Retirement or Aged Care Living is required to be successful.
• Prior experience in working on RFP and RFT initiatives.
• Must be a Strategic Thinker yet willing and able to roll the sleeves up and work in the detail.
• MUST have exceptional Communication and Stakeholder Engagement skills.
• Strong Core Business Analysis skills including Project Scoping, Requirement Elicitation and Documentation, Process Mapping & Facilitating Workshops.
• MUST be highly proactive and be willing to take the initiative to obtain the information required to deliver your outcomes.
• Experienced in working in a complex Stakeholder Environment requiring you to seek out information.
• Excellent Planning and Organisational skills.
