Group Director of Food & Beverage Operations - Caribbean
About the Role
A rare and prestigious opportunity has arisen within a refined Caribbean hospitality group, each resort celebrated for its distinctive character, warm island spirit, and exceptional culinary offerings.
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Group Director of Food & Beverage Operations to elevate the guest experience, harmonise standards across the collection, and nurture a culture of excellence in every dining venue and bar. Must have Caribbean Experience
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all Food & Beverage operations across four boutique hotels (ranging from 40 to 120 keys).
- Create and implement a unified vision for culinary and service excellence while respecting each property's unique identity.
- Partner with Executive Chefs and F&B Managers to refine menu concepts, beverage programs, and service rituals that reflect local culture and global luxury expectations.
- Drive revenue performance through innovative dining concepts, sustainability-driven sourcing, and personalised guest experiences.
- Implement performance standards aligned with Forbes and Leading Quality Assurance benchmarks.
- Strengthen training, succession planning, and service mindset across all F&B teams, ensuring consistency and accountability.
- Collaborate with the Group Managing Director and Property GMs on business strategy, budgeting, and long-term operational planning.
Candidate Profile - Minimum 10 years of progressive F&B leadership experience within luxury resort or boutique hotel groups.
- Proven background in multi-property or regional management, preferably within the Caribbean.
Optionally, Indian Ocean, or remote resort environments. - Deep understanding of culinary innovation, beverage trends, and guest engagement in a high-end leisure setting.
- Strong people leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire diverse island-based teams.
- Financially astute, creative, and operationally grounded.

Contract: Full-time, on-site leadership
