CyberCX is expanding its UK Identity & Access Management capability. We’re looking for a technically strong Principal Consultant who can architect and deliver complex IAM solutions across large, security-mature organisations.

This role is not governance-heavy. It’s not purely advisory.
It’s for someone who can design, challenge, and implement.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Architecting enterprise IAM solutions across hybrid and cloud environments
• Designing scalable identity frameworks covering IGA, PAM, SSO, federation and access controls
• Leading technical design workshops with CISOs, architects and engineering teams
• Translating business and regulatory requirements into robust identity architectures
• Supporting high-value bids with credible, technically sound solution designs
• Contributing to reference architectures, patterns and IAM best practice

You’ll be part of a highly technical team that values depth, not buzzwords.

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years in IAM / Security Architecture / Professional Services
• Deep experience across platforms such as:
  
  • CyberArk
  • SailPoint
  • Okta
  • Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD
  • IBM Security
• Strong understanding of:
  
  • IGA design principles
  • Privileged Access Management architectures
  • Federation (SAML, OIDC, OAuth)
  • Role modelling and access governance
  • Zero Trust concepts
• Comfortable leading technical conversations with senior stakeholders
• Still enjoy getting into architecture detail
