This role is a part-time, hybrid position based out of our London office.
About the role
The Project Operations Specialist is responsible for successful allocation of CyberCX team member resources and aiding the coordination of projects.
You will be responsible for ensuring project and client needs are met while ensuring the overall project profitability is maintained. You will develop and maintain working relationships with team members and key stakeholders and will work collaboratively to ensure the necessary employee resources meet client and project deliverables.
This role is the first point of contact for the receipt, qualification and processing of all project and technical resource requests.
