Responsibilities:
 

• Support managers and colleagues through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
• Work with internal accounting team, sales team, and external real estate brokerages and lawyer’s offices.
• Handle confidential and time sensitive matters.
• Verify commission invoices for further processing.
• Handle parking/locker inventory sales, allocation and enquiries.
• Handle daily sales matters and update Sales Summary spreadsheet, keep track of file status
• Prepare firm sales packages for lawyer’s office and scan all relevant documents.
• Prepare various sales documents and amendments.
• Assist Purchasers with colour selection & walk-in inquiries.
• Review/check documents before forwarding to signing officer for signature.
• Assist sales staff with contract preparation and amendments.
• Assist purchasers/agents with inquiries (i.e. deposit payments/amendments/final closings etc.). Handle interim condo closing and final closing procedures.
• Prepare purchaser update correspondences and other mail merge documents, as required from time-to-time.
• Follow-up on outstanding deposits and issue reminder/default letters.
• Prepare for and participate in sales events and special promotional events
• Handle telephone inquiries.
• Handle other general administration/clerical duties as required.

• Experience in Financial, legal or Real Estate Brokerage industry is a plus
