Responsibilities

• Process weekly payrolls for approximately 500 employees including: union, non-union and salaried employees across Canada
• Process new hires and terminations
• Prepare ROE's
• Prepare weekly payroll journal entries
• Prepare year end documentation

• 3+ years of full cycle payroll experience in a unionized environment
• Must have Quebec payroll experience
• PCP certification
• Strong understanding of collective agreements
• Must have exposure to ADP Workforce Now
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to meet aggressive deadlines and work well under pressure
• Intermediate Excel skills
