Position overview
A warm, hands-on family in Jupiter, Florida is seeking a rotational nanny to care for three children: ages 5, 3, and a newborn. One parent travels for work most of the year, and Mom is very present and involved, so this role is a true partnership with her rather than a hand-off.

• Location: Jupiter, FL, with periodic travel alongside the family (including extended stays out of state)
• Start date: As soon as possible
• Position type: Long-term, rotational, live-in during rotation (live-out considered for a local candidate)

Schedule and compensation
The role runs on a three-week-on/three-week-off rotation, with about 12-hour days (7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.) while on duty, and is paid as an annual salary for year-round consistency.

• Rotation: 3 weeks on / 3 weeks off, with occasional adjustments around the family's travel and schedule
• Hours on rotation: About 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., with downtime when the second parent is home
• Compensation: live-in gross compensation range of $120,000-$150,000, depending on experience + standard benefits.
• Pay structure: Paid legally on the books via W-2 payroll, with vacation and sick time
• Travel: Travel, meals, and lodging covered by the family while traveling

Responsibilities
The nanny tag-teams with Mom: engaged with the children when they are home, and pitching in on child-related household tasks while the older two are at school.

• Engaging, screen-free care built around imaginative play, drawing, arts and crafts, reading and time outdoors
• Supporting early learning for two bright, creative children
• Following the family's gentle, respectful parenting approach, with warm but clear boundaries
• Helping with the newborn alongside Mom
• Preparing fresh, healthy meals and simple lunches; sharing family dinner duty on alternating nights
• Children's laundry, playroom resets and keeping the children's spaces organized
• School drop-offs and pick-ups as needed
• Traveling with the family when required

Ideal candidate
The family is looking for an energetic, nurturing, easygoing person who loves being with children and shares a healthy, active lifestyle.

• 3+ years of professional nanny experience in private homes, with strong references
• Teaching experience strongly preferred (classroom, early childhood education, or Waldorf/play-based settings)
• Creative and artistic; enjoys art, crafts, and imaginative play
• Comfortable caring for a newborn as well as older children
• Enjoys cooking healthy, from-scratch meals
• A grounded, positive team player who pitches in without being asked
• Discreet and professional; the family values privacy and confidentiality
• Flexible and comfortable with travel
• Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willing to obtain before start)
• Valid driver's license, clean background check, and legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Able to make a minimum one-year commitment
