About the Family
This loving family has three young children and places tremendous value on kindness, education, family connection, and creating a joyful childhood. Mom is an incredibly hands-on, present parent and is looking for a nanny who naturally complements—not replaces—her parenting style. The ideal candidate understands how to confidently step in when needed while also knowing when to quietly support from the sidelines. Spanish is spoken regularly in the home, and maintaining the family's bilingual environment is important.
Unlike many traditional nanny positions, this role offers the opportunity to become part of a family's everyday life while experiencing two beautiful home bases throughout the year.
The family spends approximately:

• Spring & Summer: Upper East Side, New York City
• Fall & Winter: Florida (musst be open to relocation to FL with the family)

Responsibilities
No two days are exactly alike, but responsibilities may include:

• Providing exceptional care for three young children
• Planning fun, enriching, age-appropriate activities
• Encouraging creativity, curiosity, and learning through everyday experiences
• Supporting developmental milestones
• Children's meal preparation
• Children's laundry and organization
• Maintaining bedrooms, closets, and play spaces
• Packing and unpacking for family travel
• Assisting with extracurricular activities and appointments
• Helping maintain smooth daily household routines
• Light household support related to the children, including dishes and tidying after activities
• Collaborating closely with parents as a true team player

 Ideal Candidate
We're searching for someone who is:

• 7+ years of professional nanny experience
• Experienced with multiple children and busy households
• Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules
• Calm under pressure and naturally organized
• Proactive without being overbearing
• Warm, emotionally intelligent, and culturally aware
• Comfortable working collaboratively with hands-on parents
• Passionate about child development
• Interested in creating meaningful experiences rather than relying on screens
• Professional, discreet, and committed to a long-term position

Spanish-speaking candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
Experience within professional athletics, entertainment, executive, or other high-profile households is welcomed but not required.
Travel
This position requires seasonal relocation between New York City and Florida, with occasional domestic and potential international travel. Travel expenses will be covered by the family.
Schedule
Generally:

• Monday-Friday
• Approximately 10:30 AM-6:00 PM
• Flexibility for occasional evenings and weekend coverage when schedules change

Because of the nature of the family's lifestyle, the ideal candidate genuinely enjoys flexibility and understands that occasional schedule adjustments are part of supporting a modern household.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation

• $40-$45 per hour DOE
• Guaranteed hours
• Legal W-2 employment
