Location: Benedict Canyon / Beverly Hills, CA
Schedule: Monday-Friday, approximately 7:30 AM - 1:30/2:00 PM (6-7 hours daily)
Compensation: $35-$40 per hour DOE
Start Date: ASAP
A lovely, down-to-earth family in Benedict Canyon (Beverly Hills) is on the lookout for a caring and dependable morning NCS or Infant Nanny to help them with their newborn, who is just 3 weeks old. This is a fantastic chance for a calm, experienced infant caregiver who loves working together with parents during the early days of a baby's life.
 
The family already has a Newborn Care Specialist who works overnight from 7 PM to 7 AM and is hoping to find a daytime professional who can take over shortly after the night caregiver finishes. The idea is to offer support during the morning so the parents can get some rest, recover, and handle their work while feeling confident that their baby is in great care. Mom is recovering from a C-section. The home is a relaxed, appreciative place, all about making a smooth and supportive start to life with a newborn.
Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, nurturing care for a newborn infant
• Assist with feeding, burping, diapering, and soothing
• Follow established sleep and feeding routines
• Support healthy infant development and age-appropriate engagement
• Maintain a calm and organized nursery environment
• Communicate clearly with parents about the baby's needs and daily updates
• Light baby-related tasks (bottle washing, tidying baby items, laundry if needed)

Ideal Candidate

• Experienced with newborns and young infants
• Calm, confident, and nurturing presence
• Able to work collaboratively with hands-on parents
• Reliable and punctual for early morning start times
• Comfortable working in a home where a parent is present
• Infant CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
• Professional, discreet, and warm
• The family values kindness, communication, and reliability.
• This role is focused primarily on morning support while the mother recovers postpartum.
• The position may evolve as the baby grows and the family's needs change.

Compensation & Benefits
