Pay Rate: $35–$45/hr DOE

Join loving first-time parents as their Trusted long-term infant nanny or NCS Care Team
A first-time family based in Miami is seeking two full-time caregivers for their 3-month-old.  This is an ideal role for professionals passionate about supporting new parents, helping establish healthy sleep routines, and providing expert newborn care from day one.
This job offers 2 weeks on 2-weeks off rotation for one child with international travel  

Key Responsibilities include:

• Complete newborn care: feeding, diapering, soothing, monitoring
• Tracking sleep, feedings, and developmental progress
• Educating new parents on newborn needs and infant care
• Supporting baby-related laundry and maintaining cleanliness in the nursery
• Recognizing early signs of reflux, colic, or feeding issues (lip/tongue ties)
• Coordinating with parents on travel and schedule transitions
• Developmental support through tummy time, reading, and play
• Helping with baby laundry, sterilizing bottles, and organizing the nursery
• Creating a predictable routine to guide the infant’s daytime schedule
• Providing complete overnight coverage so parents can rest
• Sleep conditioning and sleep training experience required
• Monitoring for safe sleep and ensuring smooth overnight feedings

Ideal Candidate Profile

Requirements:

• 5+ years of newborn care experience
• NCS certification or extensive newborn-specific training
• CPR/First Aid certified
• Up-to-date on vaccinations (COVID, Flu, TDAP)
• Ability to travel (domestic and international)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Schedule & Duration

• Full charge while on shift with breaks throughout the day
• Coverage: 7 days/week preferred for the first 8–12 weeks
• Contract Duration: now until September, or for the long ter,m for the right person who wants to grow with the family 
• Possibility to transition from NCS into a long-term nanny position

Compensation

• Hourly Pay: $35–$45/hr, depending on experience
• Travel: Required; accommodations provided during trips
• Benefits: contract role for NCS; W-2 benefits available for long-term daytime nanny candidates
