A private Los Angeles family is seeking an experienced, professional rotational nanny to support two toddlers in a fully staffed household. This is a long-term opportunity for a calm, emotionally intelligent caregiver who brings structure, flexibility, and confidence to their work.
The ideal candidate has extensive toddler experience, strong developmental knowledge, and thrives in dynamic environments while maintaining consistency and professionalism.
Schedule

• 5 days on / 5 days off rotation
• Live-in during on-duty shifts (private accommodations provided)
• 24/7 responsibility while on rotation
• Occasional parental travel

Responsibilities

• Full care of two toddlers during on-duty rotation
• Support early childhood development through play-based learning
• Maintain daily routines while remaining adaptable
• Prepare children's meals and snacks
• Children's laundry and organization
• Tidy children's areas throughout the day
• Outdoor play, swimming, and supervision
• Collaborate with household staff
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and structured environment.'
• Engaged in age-appropriate developmental supports
• Active, curious, and social children

Required Qualifications

• Significant professional nanny experience with toddlers
• Rotational or live-in experience strongly preferred
• Valid driver's license and confident driving skills
• Strong swimming ability
• Comfortable working in a home with dogs
• Discreet, professional, and privacy-conscious
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in early childhood education or child development
• Experience working in fully staffed or high-profile households

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $135,000 - $175,000 (Hourly wage, including applicable California taxes, overtime, and deductions), DOE
• Health insurance stipend
