Full-Time Career Nanny (Upper East Side, NYC)

This is a dynamic, hands-on role supporting three young children (ages 1-5), with two in school and one at home during the day. Schedule
Option A: Monday-Thursday, 7:30 AM-6:30 PM
Option B: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-6:30 PM (final schedule based on fit and family needs)

• Guaranteed 40-45 hours per week
• Flexibility is appreciated for occasional schedule shifts

Live-Out: School Year (NYC)
Live-In: Summers in the Hamptons (required)
 
Key Responsibilities

• Provide warm, attentive, and developmentally supportive care for all three children
• Confidently manage daily routines, transitions, and school schedules
• Navigate NYC with three children for outings, classes, and playdates
• Create structured yet playful days that support emotional regulation and independence
• Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the children
• Children's laundry and organization of playrooms, bedrooms, and children's spaces
• Collaborate closely with a hands-on mom and communicate proactively as a team
• Work smoothly alongside other household staff
• Travel with the family and live-in during the summer in the Hamptons

• Naturally calm, grounded, and emotionally intuitive
• Skilled at setting loving boundaries and maintaining consistent routines
• Comfortable guiding children through transitions and high-energy moments
• Organized, proactive, and confident, managing multiple children at once

Requirements (Must-Haves)

• Local to New York City — no exceptions
• 5+ years of professional nanny experience (career nanny)
• Recent experience caring for three children in a busy household
• Verifiable, long-term references with no unexplained gaps in employment
• Ability to live-in during the summer in the Hamptons
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Compensation & Benefits

• $40-$45/hour (DOE)
• Guaranteed 40-45 hours/week
