Modern Minders is assisting a warm and welcoming family seeking a trustworthy, long-term full-time housekeeper to care for their beautiful five-bedroom apartment. The family values loyalty, integrity, and professionalism, and they hope to build a lasting relationship similar to the one they shared with their previous housekeeper of 23 years.
 
This is a full-charge housekeeping role for a detail-oriented and proactive professional. The ideal candidate will take pride in maintaining a clean, well-organized, and peaceful home environment. The family is looking for someone who brings warmth and reliability to their household—someone who can become part of their extended family over time.
Responsibilities

• Full-charge daily cleaning and upkeep of a 5-bedroom residence in Tribeca
• Deep cleaning, organization, and overall household tidiness
• Laundry and wardrobe management (excellent folding, stain removal, and care for fine fabrics)
• Ironing, closet organization, and seasonal wardrobe rotation
• Care for high-end finishes, furniture, and surfaces
• Trash removal, inventory management, and light errands as needed
• Coordinating with other household staff or vendors when applicable
• Maintaining discretion and confidentiality at all times

Ideal Candidate

• 5+ years of experience as a full-time housekeeper in a private residence
• Exceptional laundry and garment care skills
• Detail-oriented, efficient, and organized
• Kind, reliable, and trustworthy with strong communication skills
• Comfortable working independently and proactively
• Seeking long-term, stable employment with a respectful and kind family
• Excellent references from prior long-term employers
