A wonderful, international family based in Hillsborough, California, is seeking two seasoned, professional, and warm ROTA nannies to care for their soon-to-arrive newborn (due at the end of June, June 30th start). This is a long-term, high-profile opportunity for career nannies who bring a calm, proactive presence and a deep knowledge of infant care, including sleep training, routines, and milestone development.
This role is ideal for a travel-loving nanny who thrives in dynamic, global environments. The family splits their time between California, France, London, and Greece, and will require 1 week on/1 week off in the Bay Area and more like 1 month on/1 month off when abroad.

The Ideal Nanny
You’re a career nanny with 10+ years of infant experience, confident in managing 24/7 care in high-travel, high-touch environments. You're adaptable, communicative, emotionally intelligent, and can maintain household consistency in a calm, respectful way. The family prefers nannies who thrive in both quiet moments and active travel transitions.
Infant-Focused Duties 

• 24/7 care during your ROTA weeks (you’ll sleep in the nursery while on duty)
• Create and maintain a structured feeding, sleeping, and activity schedule
• Manage baby’s meals (purees, healthy solids as age-appropriate)
• Handle all packing, organizing, and logistics for the baby during travel
• Keep nursery and baby-related areas tidy and organized

Additional Support Responsibilities

• Light kitchen tidying and household assistance
• Light healthy meal prep as needed (a chef is on staff)
• Occasional driving to pediatric appointments or errands
• Maintain a calm, professional, and collaborative household dynamic

Must-Have Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional nanny experience with infants
• Passport-ready & able to travel for up to one month at a time (dual passport holds a plus) 
• CPR & First Aid certified (or willing to certify before start)
• Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication
• U.S. work authorization (legal status required)
• Clean background and DMV check
• COVID-19 vaccination + boosters, flu & Tdap up to date
• Strong, verifiable references

 Compensation & Schedule

• Schedule: One week on / one week off locally; One month on / one month off when traveling internationally
• Compensation: Highly competitive, commensurate with experience DOE for the right person. 
• Location: Hillsborough, CA with regular travel to Europe (France, Greece, London)--> 50% in the US and 50% travel
