Are you a warm, experienced, and proactive nanny seeking a long-term position with a kind, collaborative family in Beverly Hills? A thoughtful and loving household is looking for the right full-time nanny to help care for their sweet and curious toddler (2 years old) and their new baby girl (born April 2025). This role is perfect for someone who is confident caring for multiple young children, communicates with clarity and kindness, and can support developmental growth with creative play and structure—while partnering with an involved stay-at-home mom.
 
This family of four lives in a peaceful home in Beverly Hills, complete with a dedicated playroom, spacious yard, and a loving larger dog. They value respectful parenting, gentle boundaries, developmental support, and collaborative energy.  Both parents are highly involved and appreciate a nanny who can complement—not override—their parenting choices.
They are seeking someone confident yet collaborative, energetic but grounded, and happy to be a warm, engaging presence in their home.
 
Position: Full-Time Nanny (Live-Out)
Start Date: Early to mid-June 2025 (with overlap for training)
Schedule: Guaranteed 40 hours/week. While the exact schedule is flexible, consistency and weekly planning are appreciated. Occasional weekend or evening flexibility is a plus.
Travel: Domestic and international travel may be requested (e.g., family summers in Greece or time on a boat with extended family).
Key Responsibilities

• Full care of toddler and infant, in tandem with stay-at-home mom
• Developmentally appropriate play and learning (creative, sensory, outdoor, speech-supportive)
• Attending speech therapy sessions with the toddler to reinforce techniques
• Preparing and managing child meals and snacks (family provides prepped/batch items)
• Child-related housekeeping: laundry, tidying play areas, organizing closets and supplies
• Supporting routines: naps, diapering, dressing, activities, and outings
• Managing child-related inventory and occasional toy or seasonal rotation
• Coordinating playdates and local activities when appropriate
• Driving to classes, park outings, and appointments (family prefers use of nanny’s vehicle with mileage reimbursement or may provide a nanny car)

Ideal Candidate

• Experienced with children under 3, including infant care and tandem care
• Fluent in English with clear, confident communication.
• Flexible & Supportive: Can adapt to a fluid daily routine, communicate proactively, and collaborate with parents who are present.
• Energetic & Creative: Can plan engaging, developmentally aligned activities indoors and out
• Dog-Friendly: Comfortable with a gentle but large dog 
• Scent-Free: Must refrain from wearing perfume, strongly scented lotions, or personal care products due to sensitivity

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of nanny experience, including infant and toddler care
• Excellent references from recent long-term positions
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to travel both domestically and internationally
• Legal to work in the U.S.
• CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to update)
• Must be fully vaccinated (COVID-19 and flu) and respectful of the family’s delayed vaccine schedule
• Comfortable working in a home with parents present (team-player energy required)

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $35–$45/hour DOE
