About the Role: You’ll be caring for a bright and busy toddler and a snuggly new baby, helping to guide them through each milestone with creativity, empathy, and play. The family is excited to welcome someone warm, calm under pressure, and has the energy and spark to keep up with a curious toddler, while also tending to the gentle needs of an infant.

Your Days Might Include:

• Creating enriching activities, from messy art projects to storytime in the park
• Planning daily outings that spark wonder—think nature walks, museum visits, or sensory playdates
• Supporting routines with consistency and care, including naps, meals, and transitions
• Tracking developmental milestones and supporting early speech, motor skills, and social-emotional growth
• Pitching in for family travel on occasion—passport optional but adventurous spirit required!
• Navigating toddler tantrums and big emotions like a pro

The Schedule & Perks:

• Hours: 40–55 hours/week, Monday–Friday (with guaranteed minimums)
• Compensation: $35–$40/hour gross + overtime (W-2 employment)
