A vibrant, warm family on the UWS is seeking an experienced, flexible full-time nanny/family assistant to support their four active children (ages 16, 14, 11, and 7). This is a live-out, Monday–Friday position with guaranteed 40 hours per week and a dynamic, afternoon-to-evening schedule.
Position Highlights:

• Location: Upper West Side, NYC
• Schedule: Monday–Friday; flexible start between 12–3 PM for 8-hour shifts
• Compensation: $40–$45/hour DOE + full health insurance stipend, PTO, and MetroCard
• Travel: Required — Christmas week, Spring Break, and rotational summer coverage in Martha’s Vineyard (with travel bonuses!)

• School pickups and driving to sports and activities (must be confident driving in NYC)
• Light meal preparation for children (basic, family-style meals)
• Assistance with homework (primarily 5th-grade level)
• Running occasional errands, grocery shopping, dog walking
• Packing backpacks, helping with nighttime routines

• College-educated and highly organized
• Energetic, youthful, and engaging with both teenagers and younger kids
• Emotionally intelligent, patient, proactive, and flexible
• Experienced city driver
• Dog-friendly and comfortable in a fully staffed household
• Happy to work closely with a hands-on, stay-at-home mom

• 2 weeks paid vacation (1 week your choice, 1 week family’s choice)
• 5 paid sick days
• Full health insurance stipend ($6K–$9K depending on plan)
• MetroCard and Uber/taxi rides after 9 PM
• $100/night cash bonus for travel sleepovers
