Full-Time House Manager/Nanny – Boulder, Colorado

Location: Boulder, CO (Relocation candidates welcome ONLY if they have previously lived and worked in Boulder)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM–7:00 PM
Compensation: $35–$40/hour (based on experience)

A down-to-earth and active family in Boulder, Colorado, is seeking a reliable and professional House Manager/Nanny to support their home and care for their two school-aged children. This dual-role position requires someone highly organized, responsible, and comfortable managing both household operations and after-school childcare.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a blend of administrative tasks, hands-on caregiving, and home coordination—and is open to occasional travel and schedule flexibility.
Key Responsibilities: Childcare & Family Support:

• School pick-ups and drop-offs, including driving to and from extracurriculars
• Supervise and support children in afternoon and evening routines
• Engage in age-appropriate activities and manage basic scheduling

Household Management:

• General tidying of shared spaces and children’s areas
• Family laundry and basic organizational projects
• Grocery shopping and errands
• Household inventory checks and light management tasks

Candidate Requirements:

• Must be a confident, safe, and experienced driver with a reliable vehicle
• CPR and First Aid certified
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
• Holds a valid U.S. passport and is open to occasional travel
• Highly dependable, detail-oriented, and flexible with hours (some evenings/weekends/overnights may be required)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive hourly rate of $35–$40/hour, depending on experience
