Job Title: Sr. Project Manager / Project Executive - Government Construction

**This is a full-time permanent direct placement opportunity.

• The estimated pay range for this role is $160,000 - $200,000 per year based on experience plus commission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage design and construction for multiple technical disciplines, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and building codes.
• Review and assess bids from subcontractors and vendors for completeness and accuracy prior to agreement execution.
• Develop, update, and maintain comprehensive project schedules, coordinating closely with the project team.
• Oversee project management from inception to closeout, including commissioning, while ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines.
• Mentor and guide project staff, fostering strong client relationships and maintaining critical project documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within government construction, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Experience with government agencies such as USACE, NAVFAC, USAF, GSA, State of Illinois (CDB, UIC, UIUC), City of Chicago (CHA, PBC, DGS, CDA)
• Strong understanding of various construction disciplines, codes, and permitting processes.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on client interaction and team management.
• Proficiency in project management software and strong financial acumen for tracking costs and schedules.
