Job Title: Construction Project Executive - Mechanical & Plumbing

**This is a full-time permanent direct placement opportunity.

Company Overview:
Our client is a leading construction company specializing in complex commercial mechanical and plumbing projects across the DMV area. Their portfolio includes high-value projects such as data centers, hospitals, federal facilities, high-rise residential buildings, college campuses, and iconic office structures, with values ranging from $15M to over $200M. They pride themselves on their commitment to quality and innovation.

• The estimated pay range for this role is $190,000 - $250,000 based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage multiple project teams, making staffing decisions and conducting performance reviews.
• Lead the full project lifecycle, ensuring each project has a clear plan for success from the outset.
• Resolve project challenges by removing obstacles for Project Managers (PMs) and field leadership.
• Develop and maintain direct relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring proactive communication.
• Mentor and coach project teams, focusing on performance improvement and fostering a culture of accountability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 12+ years in mechanical and/or plumbing construction, with 3–5 years of experience in managing multiple project teams.
• Proven track record managing MEP construction projects or portfolios valued between $15M and $200M+.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and plumbing systems, including procurement and coordination technologies like BIM.
• Proficiency in Procore and Bluebeam Revu is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field preferred; familiarity with the MD/VA/DC market is a plus.
