Our client is a heavy civil and earthwork contractor seeking a Quality Control Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee quality assurance across active construction projects, ensuring compliance with specifications and industry standards. Based on the scope and scale of the work, the position offers a competitive salary of $95,000 to $110,000 USD, with the opportunity to make a direct impact on project outcomes and team performance.

Preferred Requirements

• Proven experience as a Quality Control Manager or equivalent role in heavy civil or earthwork construction

• Demonstrated ability to manage quality documentation, inspections, and corrective actions
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with site teams, contractors, and stakeholders
• Proficiency with quality management systems and testing equipment relevant to earthwork and civil projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
• Professional certification in quality management (ISO 9001) or construction quality assurance
