Job Title: Entertainment Lighting Systems Sales Administrator

• The estimated pay range for this role is $60,000 - $70,000 based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the systems sales process from initial lead generation to project management handoff.
• Collaborate closely with the National Estimating department to optimize bidding efficiency and sales team workload.
• Prepare and submit proposals and bids through various channels including online portals and in-person interactions.
• Manage contract documents, ensuring timely internal reviews and compliance with insurance and tax-exempt requirements.
• Create and distribute weekly sales and project management reports while directing incoming calls to identify potential sales prospects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven organizational and time management skills to effectively handle multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities with both internal teams and external partners.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills to drive process improvements and enhance efficiency.
• A proactive team player who excels in collaborative settings and is capable of working independently.
• Relevant experience in sales, administration, or office management, preferably in the construction, entertainment, or related industries.
