Job Title: Entertainment Lighting Estimator / Systems Sales

**This is a full-time permanent direct placement opportunity.

• The estimated pay range for this role is $50,000 - $75,000 based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming RFQs and RFPs, managing requests from consultants, clients, and public bid sites.
• Conduct detailed take-offs of construction documents, ensuring accurate assessment for profitable proposals.
• Prepare comprehensive bid documentation, including quotations, bills of materials, and project-related RFIs.
• Collaborate with Systems Sales and Project Management teams to generate effective and competitive proposals.
• Provide post-sale support, ensuring high customer satisfaction and maintaining ongoing communication with clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of architectural drawings, specifications, and lighting control systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for delivering effective solutions to clients.
• Proven customer service experience with a focus on exceeding expectations.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiar with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and order fulfillment/CRM software; experience in the entertainment lighting industry preferred.
