Job Title: Warehouse Coordinator - 3 Month Temporary Role

Position Overview:
We are seeking a warehouse coordinator to help our client for an estimated 3 months to cover the maternity leave for their current employee.  This will be for a company that specializes in lighting and rigging systems for a variety of entertainment venues.

• The estimated pay range for this role is $20 - $25 per hour based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and stock all materials delivered to the warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory management.
• Process receiving paperwork and enter data into SAGE for efficient tracking and reporting.
• Communicate and resolve any damages or discrepancies between packing slips and orders.
• Pull, pack, and route materials for orders, while coordinating shipments and creating packing slips.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse to meet safety protocols and facilitate ease of access to inventory.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
• Proficiency in SAGE or similar inventory management software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform data entry accurately.
• Excellent communication skills to report discrepancies and collaborate with various departments.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and operate warehouse equipment safely.
